Jürgens Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft is committed to providing excellent legal advice on the basis of specialization. When necessary, we call on experts in other areas of the law and taxation who share our dedication to upholding high professional standards.

During our longstanding practice we have developed an international network of legal experts. This cooperation guarantees Jürgens Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft quick access to the country-specific legal knowledge needed to resolve international legal matters such as cross-border child abduction.

Our involvement with the Union of Certified Lawyers (Anwaltunion der Fachanwälte[AuF]) is another aspect of our quality-based cooperation with external partners. The AuF is a nationwide network of lawyers whose membership is restricted to lawyers certified to practice in recognized areas of specialization. Members must complete training in their chosen field of specialization, pass a concluding examination administered by the German Federal Chamber of Lawyers (Bundesrechtsanwaltskammer), and present proof of practical experience. The certification title gives clients the security of knowing that they are working with an experienced attorney. Dr. Kerstin Niethammer-Jürgens is a certified family law attorney and Dr. Thomas Jürgens is a certified labor and employment law attorney.
